Mr. Dooher practices in the firm's real estate group with a focus on transactional real estate and business matters including common interest communities, affordable housing and general real estate development. He represents a wide range of developers, purchasers, property owner associations, financial institutions and sellers of real estate. Mr. Dooher has experience working with 1031 tax deferred real estate exchanges, leasing, development, common interest communities, entity formation and real estate financing. Prior to law school Mr. Dooher interned at the United States Department of Commerce and was involved with tariff and tax issues for American companies doing business in Latin America. After completing law school, prior to joining the firm, Mr. Dooher worked in-house with a regional bank, consulted on 1031 tax deferred exchanges and practiced law in the Vail area. Mr. Dooher was born in Denver, Colorado and raised in Vail, Colorado. In his free time, he enjoys golf, camping, skiing and travel. |
