Description of Practice:
Nick is an associate in our San Francisco office. He has experience prosecuting and defending a broad range of cases in state and federal courts, including matters relating to claims for breach of contract, copyright infringement, trademark infringement, products liability, breach of warranty, misappropriation of trade secrets, and unfair competition pursuant to Business & Professions Code Section 17200.
Nick is admitted to the State Bar of California, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and United States District Courts for the Northern, Eastern, and Central Districts of California.
Educational History:
Nick received his B.A. in History and a B.A. in Legal Studies in 1997 from the University of California, Berkeley. In 2003, he received his J.D. from Stanford University. |
