Mr. Davis, JR. is of counsel in the Dayton office of Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP. He received his undergraduate degree from Kent State University and law degree from the University of Dayton. Mr. Davis focuses his practice on workers' compensation, OSHA and other labor/employment law related compliance and defense issues. He devotes a majority of his time defending both self-insured and state-funded employers in workers' compensation matters before the Ohio Industrial Commission and in Ohio courts. Mr. Davis regularly assists clients in revising policies and workers' compensation programs to reduce costs and minimize risk. He is a member of the Dayton, Ohio State and American Bar Associations, and the Southwestern Ohio Self Insurers Association.
