Nicholas Braley specializes in upstream petroleum projects and consults to oil and gas companies and government agencies. Mr. Braley is experienced in a range of issues facing the oil and gas industry, including evaluation and optimization of field development opportunities, design and negotiation of fiscal and contract terms, and formulation of exploration and development strategies. In the area of gas development, his work includes planning and negotiating contract terms, resolving contract disputes, and advising government agencies about the feasibility of gas development options. He recently assisted clients with the commercialization of stranded gas, resulting in the successful sale of gas from Indonesia to Singapore for power generation. Mr. Braley has assisted clients with the acquisition and disposal of assets, project due diligence, and preparing project financing information memoranda. He also helps companies use risk-analysis techniques to identify uncertainties, facilitate decision-making, and minimize risk. Prior to joining CRA, he was a manager in Arthur D. Little�s Global Energy practice, and prior to that, he spent 12 years with Conoco and a leading international engineering consultancy. |
