Mack handles Yodlee s day-to-day legal matters, including inbound and outbound licensing of technology and services, intellectual property strategy, regulatory affairs, litigation and risk management, and general corporate counseling and guidance. Immediately prior to joining Yodlee, Mack worked for over 4 years in Sun Microsystems Products and Technology Law Group, first as Senior Counsel and then as Assistant General Counsel, teaming closely with executives and product groups developing Sun s next-generation hardware, software and services. Prior to joining Sun, Mack practiced commercial and technology litigation in state and federal courts in California for over 6 years, most recently in the Silicon Valley offices of Heller Erhman White & McAuliffe and Coudert Brothers. Mack earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in American Government from Georgetown University in Washington, DC, and a Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco, CA. |
