Nicholas Morinigo joined the firm as an associate in 2005 and is a member of the Corporate and Securities Practice Group.
Nick represents both private and public company clients in a variety of matters including mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, securities law compliance and general corporate matters. In addition, Nick has represented mutual funds and investment advisers.
Representative Matters:
Represented a division of a public company in its acquisition of a fulfillment and magazine distribution business for approximately $92 million.
Represented a clinical testing outsourcing company in a merger with a public company traded on the London Stock Exchange AIM.
Represented a private equity firm in its acquisition of a motorcycle auction business for approximately $96 million.
Represents a public IT company in its acquisition of small, regional Oracle solutions companies, a public offering of approximately $50 million in subordinated notes, and ongoing periodic filings with the SEC.
In General. Nick earned his bachelor's degree from Dartmouth College in 2001 [where he was a member of the varsity crew team]. He earned his J.D. from Boston University School of Law in 2005, where he was an executive editor for the Annual Review of Banking and Financial Law. Prior to law school, Nick worked in the press office of U.S. Senator Rick Santorum. |
