Nicholas Onufer, RN is a facilitator and strategist for ServiceElements. Over the past eight years he has been a medical and safety instructor in the business and general aviation industry conducting more than a thousand classes for flight departments throughout the country, as well as the United Stated military, on in-flight medical preparedness. Additionally, Nick practices his passion for customer service with his work as a Registered Nurse a profession of his since 1988. His depth in providing instruction is matched by his expertise in the medical profession where he has worked as a Certified Flight Registered Nurse, staff nurse in Cardio-Vascular ICU and various Emergency Departments. He has also worked as a hospital manager and supervisor. This extensive background as both an instructor and as a nurse dealing with people in crisis has provided a working knowledge and experience in the field of customer service that Nick brings to the ServiceElement workshops and seminars. He resides in the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania area. |
