Nick White, age 61, has been a director of the Company since July 2005. Mr. White has served as President and CEO of White & Associates since 2000. Previously, Mr. White was Executive Vice President of Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. (Wal-Mart). In his 28-year career at Wal-Mart, he held positions including Executive Vice President and General Manager of the Supercenter Division for 11 years. Previously, Mr. White was the Executive Vice President and General Manager of Sam�s Wholesale Club from 1985 to 1989. Mr. White is also a director of Manny Moe and Jack and Pep Boys |
