Nicola has been Cornerstone's Account Manager for more than four years. She recently advanced to Marketing & Inside Sales Executive. Prior to working at Cornerstone, Nicola was a hotel office manager. The years she devoted to hotel management shaped her customer service abilities. Nicola learned to always put the client's needs first and to efficiently address any customer's concerns. She has also incorporated her knowledge of accounting into effective management of Cornerstone's billing department. The skills and experience that Nicola attained at Cornerstone, in conjunction with her degree in International Business helped propell her to pursue a Masters of Business Administration. She also speaks fluent German. |
