As Deputy Chief Operating Officer and Assistant to James L. Witt, Nicole's responsibilities include client relationship management, new business development and the execution of each day's activities. In addition to managing Mr. Witt's schedule and speaking appearances, she oversees front office operations and serves as a key contact for Board and Leadership staff of the International Code Council. She also manages Recruitment for JLWA's Corporate office.
Prior to joining JLWA, Nicole co-founded a successful Washington, DC Permanent and Temporary Staffing Boutique. For six years she was responsible for both daily operations and sales, and generated billings in excess of 3 million per year. She directed hiring activities for DC's top Public Relations Firms, Commercial Real Estate Offices, Trade Associations and Non-Profit Organizations.
She received a Bachelor's Degree in English with honors from St. Lawrence University. |
