Nicole Marie Polec, the creative guru behind Thai Iced Tea, grew up in the town of Romeo, Michigan. Nicole started shooting at the age of eighteen, and never stopped using that passion. Along the way she made brief layovers in Detroit, Nashville, L.A. and Boston, where she got an education at the New England School of Photography. It is rumored that one New Year's Eve she landed in New York after purchasing a one-way ticket from Detroit. From that night on, going home and milking goats on the family farm was no longer an option. Nicole enjoys a great game of stickball with the kids in the park, acting out on the subway, and music that makes you say, "Let's dance till the morning sun," or "Wow, that bites."
