Nicole R. Faux is an associate in the Firm�s Zoning and Land Use Practice Group. Before joining Klehr Harrison, Ms. Faux worked as a consultant for the City of Philadelphia Managing Director�s Office handling ADA compliance and related matters. Ms. Faux served for nine years on the Accessibility Advisory Board reviewing variance requests from the accessibility provisions of the City�s Building Code. In addition, Ms. Faux served for seven years on the City�s Zoning Technical Committee that is responsible for reviewing requests for reasonable accommodation under the Fair Housing Act. |
