Nicole Brittain is an associate in the Business Services Group where she represents clients in business and commercial lending transactions. Ms. Brittain's experience prior to joining Bose McKinney & Evans includes serving as an intern for Bristol-Myers Squibb Company - Mead Johnson & Company, as Manager of Business Affairs for the Indy Racing League and Special Projects Coordinator for the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. She received her juris doctorate, cum laude, from the Indiana University School of Law - Bloomington in 2007 where she was on the Dean's List, earned a Merit Scholarship and served as Articles Editor for the Indiana Journal of Global Legal Studies. In addition, Ms. Brittain was an Indiana University School of Law Admissions Fellow and a member of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society. She earned her bachelor of arts in psychology, magna cum laude, from Ashland University in 2001 where she was vice president of Alpha Phi Sorority. She also participated in the NASCAR Diversity Internship Program while attending Ashland University. Ms. Brittain is admitted to practice law in the State of Indiana, and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.
