Nicole's practice encompasses all facets of commercial real estate transactions. Her experience includes representation of lenders in various loan transactions; representation of borrowers in obtaining various types of financing and refinancing; drafting of real estate and loan documents, including mortgages, loan agreements, promissory notes, deeds and closing statements.
