Mr. Kheder has built an effective and highly professional firm representing diverse interests in business, health care, information technology, and higher education. Prior to founding the firm, Mr. Kheder had a distinguished career in state and county government which spanned more than 15 years. His public service experience includes key executive positions with the state and county Departments of Social Services and the state Department of Mental Health, including director of the Michigan Department of Social Services under the Milliken administration.
