Mr. Stahl serves as trial counsel for a major hospital and its physician practitioners in professional negligence cases. He is also trial counsel for major insurance companies and their insured physicians in medical malpractice litigation throughout Tennessee. He has also represented nursing homes and other healthcare providers throughout Tennessee. In addition, he represents various self-insured corporations in defense of product liability cases.
