Mr. Posternak has been the Chairman of the Board of Directors of PTC since June 2000. He serves as Chairman of the Board�s Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, and he is also a member of the Audit Committee. He has been a Senior Partner in the law firm of Posternak, Blankstein & Lund, L.L.P. since 1980, practicing in the area of business law and mergers and acquisitions.
