R. Noel Stout has more than 25 years of experience in dealing with the financial needs of middle-market companies. A former bank president with a major financial institution, he has for the past twenty years provided financial consulting services to Texas-based businesses in areas including corporate finance, acquisitions, sales and divestitures and strategies for financial growth. Noel received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology and Chemistry from the University of Texas and a Masters of Business Administration degree from the Edwin L. Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University. He holds professional credentials as an accredited valuation analyst (AVA) and certified merger and acquisition advisor (CM&A). |
