Noel S. Manalo represents clients in all aspects of land use, zoning, development, and general real estate matters, including appearances before government entities. His practice includes the representation of commercial and residential real estate developers in Frederick County, Maryland and in surrounding counties on issues of annexation, zoning matters, subdivision and development plan approval, construction, environmental permitting, and related matters. Prior to joining Miles & Stockbridge, Mr. Manalo was an associate at the Frederick, MD firm of Severn, O�Connor & Kresslein, as well at Piper Rudnick LLP in Baltimore, MD. While in law school at the University Of Maryland, Mr. Manalo was an editor of The Business Lawyer.
