Noel Glacer graduated from the University of South Florida with an Economics degree. He spent 8 years in sales prior to coming on board with answerQUEST in 2002. Noel has led the Security Industry practice, focusing on identifying the "A" players in Security sales. He is in the top 5% of out of over 3,000 recruiters globally. Noel's clients are security guard, electronic security, Internet, and biometrics companies. He is a member of ASIS and our Senior Vice President for the Security Industry Practice. His clients look for the best in the industry, the ?A? players. His most marketable candidates have previous sales success (demonstrated success!), are results-oriented, revenue-generating and self-motivated individuals.
