Norm has thirty-eight years of experience automating and improving work flow for business offices, manufacturing facilities, government agencies, and research institutions. He has worked with mainframes, minicomputers, microcomputers, PCs, handhelds and the web. Norm has also developed and delivered classroom training in database programming and personal productivity for corporations and government agencies such as the Department of Justice. He has created software both under contract and for sale to vertical markets. Norm has programmed, designed, and managed numerous contracts in each of these fields, and now is the president of ISHQ. Norm has a knack for building simplicity into complex functions, and enjoys finding elegant efficiencies to solve "difficult" problems. Norm's hobbies are analysis and programming. |
