Hutton & Company, where he was head of the M&A Group. Prior to that, Mr. Brown was an Associate and Second Vice President at Smith Barney, Harris Upham & Co. Mr. Brown served as an Ensign and Lieutenant in the United States Naval Reserve. He attended Officer Candidate School in Newport, Rhode Island, and Served as a Line Officer in Operations and Engineering aboard two destroyers of the U.S. Pacific Fleet.
