Norman Brown is a Member and Senior Managing Director of Brock Capital Group. Previously, he was a Managing Director/Senior Advisor at Credit Suisse First Boston and a Managing Director at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, Inc. where he was head of the Metals and Mining Group and head of Restructuring. He has spent thirty years in the investment banking business specializing in debt finance, mergers and acquisitions, and restructuring.
M. Brown is currently an independent director of W.P. Stewart & Co. Growth Fund and Chairman of its Audit Committee.
Mr. Brown received his undergraduate degree from the University of Oregon and his M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. |
