Normand Durocher was appointed Vice-President of Human Resources in April 2004. In addition to managing the company�s human resources team his main responsibility is to develop and implement a human resources plan that supports EXFO�s business strategy.
Mr. Durocher began his career in labor relations in the Cable division of Nortel and then took on several key roles at Nortel Networks and Nordx/CDT all relating to human resources and operations.
Since then Normand Durocher has accumulated more than 25 years� experience in operations and human resources management within the telecommunications industry. Prior to joining EXFO Mr. Durocher ran his own human resources consulting business.
Normand Durocher holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Montreal and also completed the Advanced Human Resources program at Dalhousie University in Halifax NS Canada. |
