Nurit Mor has served as our outside director since August 2006. Ms. Mor has since September 2005 served as an outside director of Aspen Real Estate Ltd. and from May 2004 Ms. Mor has served as an outside director of I.B.I Investment House Ltd., both Israeli public companies. From 1973 to 2003 Ms. Mor served in various positions with the management of the Bank of Israel, including director of public complaints and customer relations. Ms. Mor holds a B.A. degree in Economics and Statistics and an MA in Business Administration from the Hebrew University, Jerusalem, and an M.A degree in Labor Studies form the Tel Aviv University. |
