Oderisio de Vito-Piscicelli joined Sullivan & Cromwell in New York in 1997 and transferred to the London office in 1998. In January 2006 he was appointed European Counsel. Mr. Piscicelli s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions and financing transactions. His M&A experience includes public as well as privately negotiated transactions involving corporations and private equity sponsors. His financing experience covers a variety of equity and debt transactions with a focus on large global IPOs. In Italy, Mr. Piscicelli advised on the IPOs and follow-on offerings of issuers that together now represent over 20% of the Italian stock exchange total capitalization. Mr. Piscicelli advises clients across a wide range of jurisdictions and a number of industries such as oil & gas, energy, financial services, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, manufacturing, real estate and others.
