Oleg Zhuravlev is professionally trained as an Engineer from the Kurgan Institute of Engineering, Department of Motor Transport Economics & Management Department in Kurgan, Russia. Mr. Zhuravlev began his professional career as an engineer in the steel manufacturing industry. Over the past decade, Mr. Zhuravlev has held various progressive roles at a commercial bank. After reaching the position of Vice-President at this commercial bank, Mr. Zhuravlev took up the role of Department Chief of the Investments and Securities Market Department for the Committee on Economic Policy (Khanty-Mansysk Autonomous Area Administration). In addition to his professional experience, Mr. Zhuravlev is a former National Champion in long distance cross-country skiing.
Mr. Zhuravlev is the founder, President and Director General of LLC Zauralneftegaz, an oil and gas exploration company founded in Kurgan, Russia.
With his extensive balanced experience as an Engineer, Banker and Development Economist, Mr. Zhuravlev brings key fiscal control, management and strategic focus to Siberian Energy. |
