Olivia F. Kirtley has been a director of ResCare since 1998. She has served as vice president of finance and chief financial officer of Vermont American Corporation and is currently a consultant. Ms. Kirtley has served as chair of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She has also served as its vice chair and as a member of the institute�s board of directors, and previously chaired its finance committee and served on its audit, compensation and strategic planning committees. |
