Ms. Lopez manages the International Banking Department, which offers a variety of products and services to help companies facilitate their trade activities, both foreign and domestic. She has an industry reputation for building long-term loyal customer relationships during her more than thirty years in the banking industry at institutions including Mercantile Bank (now US Bank), Mark Twain Bank (now US Bank), and Gold Bank (now M&I Bank), all in Kansas City. Olivia initiated the international banking departments at Mark Twain and Gold. She possesses expertise in international services such as import/export and standby letters of credit as well as foreign exchange trading, and is fluent in Spanish. She is a member of the Greater Kansas City International Trade Council and is Treasurer for the Board of Directors for Guadalupe Centers, Inc. |
