Olivier Houri serves as president, Global Transportation at Unisys Corporation. He is responsible for seeking growth opportunities in travel and transportation solutions and all services that Unisys provides for many prominent travel and transportation companies, airlines and airports around the world.
Before joining Unisys, Mr. Houri held several positions at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young. He served as both consulting director of International Air Transport Sector and director of e-Business development, France. In these positions, he directed the global launch of the firm�s Travel & Transport Center of Excellence, as well the launch and growth of two international business to business e-marketplaces. As consulting director his group achieved more than 100 percent growth. As director of e-Business he focused on e-strategy, e-creation, business to business e-marketplaces and e-procurement. Mr. Houri also participated in the effective launch of two e-marketplaces and achieved strategic and marketing consulting with several other business to business and business to customer projects.
From 1995 to 1996, Mr. Houri was employed by Unisys in France as a consulting managing principal, after serving as general manager of OPL Spain Consultants and division manager of OPL France Consultants. Over the past decade, he has consulted with several major European and North American carriers, airports and civil aviation authorities, as well as a number of leading organizations in the travel industry.
Mr. Houri is experienced in implementing business strategies for a number of other industries including utilities, space and aeronautics, telecommunications and chemicals. Furthermore, he is a known expert in organization and business process redesign, change management, strategic marketing and information systems design. Mr. Houri is conversant in five languages. |
