Experience:
Olivier Parawan focuses his practice on the structuring of LBO transactions for private equity firms. He has a strong emphasis on cross-border transactions (from tax due diligence to tax structuring work), including acquisitions and the restructuring of corporate operating groups.
In addition to his transactional counsel, Olivier advises multinational companies and their operating groups on their domestic and international tax matters, including tax planning. He is fluent in English in addition to French (native language).
