Olivier Salvagno is a partner of the firm in its Litigation Department. He concentrates his practice in business litigation, real estate litigation, and trust and estate litigation in the federal and state courts. He has handled a broad range of litigated matters on behalf of corporate, partnership and individual clients. Mr. Salvagno is a graduate, with honors, of Rutgers College (1995), where he was selected to Phi Beta Kappa. He received his law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law (1998), where he served as articles editor of the Seton Hall Legislative Journal. During the 1998-99 court term, Mr. Salvagno served as principal law clerk to the Honorable Edward W. Beglin, Jr., Assignment and Presiding (Civil) Judge of the New Jersey Superior Court. He joined the firm in 1999. Mr. Salvagno is admitted to practice in New Jersey (1998), before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey (1998), and before the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit (2003). He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Middlesex County Bar Association, and the Association of the Federal Bar of the State of New Jersey. |
