As senior vice president for special markets, Benga is responsible for leading a business focused on developing new technologies and solutions for anti-terrorism, force protection, emergency management, defense logistics and condition-based maintenance within the federal sector. He has over 20 years experience in federal program management and systems engineering, including wireless communications and networking engineering. Prior to joining 3eTI, Benga led AEPCO, Inc.'s Navy Networks; he has also managed contracting efforts with the departments of Defense, Homeland Security, Energy and Transportation. Benga holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Maryland; a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Howard University; and a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Bowie State University. |
