Orin N. Bennett has been a director of Redding Bank of Commerce since September 2005. Mr. Bennett is a registered Civil Engineer in California and Nevada. He owns MHM Engineers and Surveyors providing engineering services to cities counties and special districts primarily in Northern California. He is also a partner in BD Properties a real estate investment company. Mr. Bennett was previously employed by the respected international engineering firm of CH2M Hill prior to forming his own business. Mr. Bennett serves on the Long-Range Planning Committee of the Board of Directors. If Mr. Bennett is elected to the Board by the shareholders Mr. Bennett will participate as a Board member of the Company and a member of such committee. |
