Experience: Otto has been involved in all aspects of employer representation in the labor relations area for over thirty years. He works with employers of all sizes, helping them understand their legal rights and responsibilities. He has extensive experience in both federal and state court litigation, particularly in employment law cases. Otto regularly takes the lead in collective bargaining negotiations for many public and private sector clients, has represented numerous employers in grievance arbitration, and many public sector clients in interest arbitration.
