Pablo Daniel Vergara del Carril. Mr. Vergara del Carril obtained a degree in law from the Argentine Catholic University where he teaches Commercial Law and Contract Law. He also teaches Corporate Law, Contracts and Capital Markets in post-graduate courses. He is a member of the Legal Advisory Committee of the C�mara de Sociedades An�nimas as well as Vice President of the Antitrust Law Committee of the Colegio de Abogados de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires. He is a member of the board of directors of ERSA, Nuevas Fronteras S.A., Milkaut S.A. and Banco Hipotecario S.A. He is also member of the International Bar Association. Mr. Pablo Vergara del Carril is the son of our syndic Mr. �ngel D. Vergara del Carril. |
