Page is a veteran of 28 years in the agency business. He started his career with J. Walter Thompson, and moved on to McCaffrey and McCall where he was VP Media Manager. In 1978, Page joined Needham Harper as Associate Media Director and was later promoted to Media Director. He was designated as Chairman of the Board for the New York Office of Needham at age 32. In 1986, when DDB and Needham Harper merged, Page became Media Director of New York for the new company, DDB. He was later named US Media Director in 1994, then in 1996, he also added the title of Worldwide Media Director for DDB and was appointed to the Worldwide Board of Directors for DDB in 1999. In April 2002, Page was named Chief of Strategy for OMD becoming CEO North America later that same year. During his career in the industry, Page has been honored as Media Director of the Year and recognized as a Media Maven in the advertising trade press. |
