Paige Shannon joined Lancesoft, Inc. in February, 2008 as the Vice President of Human Resources and General Counsel. Paige has more than fifteen years of broad legal and corporate experience, including an expertise in state and federal labor law, contract law, conflict resolution, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance. She has served as General Counsel and as a Human Resources Executive for both privately held and publicly traded companies. Paige�s experience and expertise will ensure that Lancesoft, Inc. remains a model of corporate self governance and compliance. Paige earned her Juris Doctorate from the Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law and a Masters of Business Administration from George Mason University. |
