Ms. Reynolds is a member of the Government Contracts & Litigation Group. She assists clients in resolving complex disputes in both the public contract and commercial arenas. Her experience includes bid protests before the Government Accountability Office and Court of Federal Claims, contract claims, compliance issue disputes, reverse-FOIA claims, wage and hour disputes and Small Business Administration protests.
