Pamela D. Gormley is executive vice president and head of corporate systems and operations. She is responsible for information technology, project services and operations supporting corporate functions. Prior to this position, she served as corporate controller.
Ms. Gormley has more than 25 years of experience at leading financial services corporations. Most recently, she served as corporate controller for FleetBoston, a position she held since 2000. As such, she was responsible for a staff of 300 in five corporate areas: accounting, regulatory reporting, accounting policy, accounting operations, and financial systems. Additional career experience includes a senior position at Society National Bank, within the Cleveland-based KeyCorp organization and U.S. Bancorp. Ms. Gormley began her career as a staff auditor for Arthur Andersen & Co.
Ms. Gormley holds a degree in accounting and finance from Southern Methodist University. She is a member of the Boston Ballet Board of Trustees and the Financial Executives Institute. |
