For approximately eleven years prior to joining TCS, Ms. Hart served as Clinical Laboratory Supervisor at Harvard Community Health Plan/Wellesley Center. She expanded her role to assume responsibility of the Center's Health and Safety program. In this capacity she was recipient of HCHP's Key contribution award for successfully developing and managing a comprehensive health and safety program to insure compliance with infection control and safety policies for 32,000 members and 350 employees. In addition, she coordinated efforts and set health and safety policies for the three other health centers in HCHP's Southern Regional Business Unit. Ms. Hart has held various positions at Northeastern University as Clinical Laboratory Coordinator, instructing students in both the Medical Laboratory Science and Physician Assistant Program, and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as Health Care Facility Surveyor.

Ms. Hart is a Certified Healthcare Safety Professional (CHSP)-Master Level. She is also a member of the Association for Practitioners in Infection Control and has held several positions in the Massachusetts Association of Clinical Laboratory Scientists (ASCLS), previously MAMT. She has authored numerous articles for various journals such as Infection Control and Sterilization Technology, Facility Care Management and Compliance Magazine. She has served as a resource for the "Ask the Expert" Column for both these journals.

Pam received her Bachelor of Science degree from Northeastern University's College of Pharmacy and Allied Health in Medical Laboratory Science. She completed her affiliated clinical internship at the New England Deaconess Hospital, Boston, MA, and is Board certified by the American Society of Clinical Pathologists.
