Pamela J. Knauer Shareholder Ms. Knauer concentrates her practice in representing corporations, limited liability companies and banks in various stages of development and financing. She counsels clients on a broad spectrum of business matters, from organization and incorporation, capital formation, bank financings and securities offerings, to corporate reorganization, mergers and acquisitions. Other Professional and Personal Information Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Knauer practiced law for ten years in Boston, where she began her legal career at a prominent law firm representing venture capital investors and small biotech, pharmaceutical and medical device companies. She also represented public companies in regulated industries, including one of New England's largest bank holding companies, on whose behalf she advised on corporate and bank regulatory matters.
