She has close to twenty years of experience in corporate business transactions with a focus on real estate development and real estate transactions for clients ranging from real estate developers, franchisees, retail business operators and owners, real estate investment trust and retail business operators and owners. She has represented national retail clients with aggressive roll-out plans in their acquisition, development and leasing of store locations throughout the United States, as well as, local developers with their first project, and every type and size of transaction in between. Her broad experience includes residential subdivision projects, single tenant build-to-suit structures for regional and national retail/food service clients, regional and local shopping center sales and acquisitions, lease transactions, and financing transactions from the borrower side. Pamela is experienced with commercial condominium regimes, Planned Urban Developments (PUDs) and the acquisition of property contaminated with hazardous substances.
