Mr. Fundar� has been Genextra's Chief Financial Officer and General Manager since its inception in 2004. He is also Chief Executive Officer of three of the four companies that Genextra controls. Before joining Genextra, Mr. Fundar� was Director of Finance and Strategic Planning for the Fastweb Group from 2000 to 2004, where he was responsible for the initial phases of its international development. Previously, he acquired significant corporate finance experience working for investment banks such as Salomon Smith Barney (now Citigroup) and Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette (now Credit Suisse) where he helped lead a series of transactions that include Olivetti's take-over bid for Telecom Italia and e.Biscom's (now Fastweb) IPO in 2000. Mr. Fundar� has a Degree in Business Management from the Bocconi University in Milan. |
