Parag graduated from University of Pune (India) in 2001 with a M.Sc degree in Biotechnology with a Gold Medal. Immediately after his masters he joined the Cell Biology team of Hindustan Lever Research Centre (HLRC) at Bangalore, India. While working at HLRC he decided to increase his exposure to science and went on to get a doctorate at the Giessen University School of Medicine (Germany) in Human Biology. He was awarded summa cum laude for his Ph.D work. Following his Ph.D he did a brief postdoctoral fellowship at University of Frankfurt (Germany) during which he decided to move back to India. He found Reametrix�s vision of providing high quality research and diagnostic assay solutions at a cost effective price inspiring enough to leave academics and join the team of ReaMetrix. He has been a member of the ReaMetrix Research and Development team since December 2005 |
