Paramjeet Sanghera leads Proxicom�s Technology practice, focusing on providing technical solutions to help meet our client�s marketing challenges. Paramjeet has over fifteen years of technical expertise with comprehensive knowledge of the software development lifecycle including: requirements gathering, system object oriented analysis and design, testing, implementation, and post-implementation support.  At Proxicom, Paramjeet oversees work on multiple client engagements and provides leadership to technical resources across the company. In addition to leading the technology practice, Paramjeet has been a Technical Lead/Manager designing, architecting, and overseeing the development of distributed applications for multiple clients. Projects include numerous external consulting engagements as well as organizing both Intranet and Extranet-based mission critical applications, involving integration with third-party applications and legacy systems. Paramjeet has a Masters degree in Computer Science from The American University and a Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering from Delhi Institute of Technology.
