Pat joined Arris as Chief Financial Officer in May 1999. In his role as CFO, he is responsible for the protection of corporate assets, risk management, and the oversight and interaction with vendors, clients, financial providers and regulatory agencies. Pat leverages his twenty plus years of experience in both public and private industry to strengthen the financial processes within Arris, enabling the Practice Directors to strategically focus on their practices. Pat came to Arris, because he saw the opportunity to work with a dynamic, creative team of engineers who solve interesting and complex business problems for their clients. He also saw the opportunity to work at a company that believed in a team approach and participatory style of management in all aspects of its operation. Pat has been involved with several private consulting companies during the past ten years and has provided the value necessary to enable growth and success for both the companies and the clients they serve. He also participates on the advisory Boards of several local organizations. Pat received a BS in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University and an MBA in Finance from Widener University. |
