L. Parvin Price
Profile : Parvin Price is a partner and chair of the firm's Utility Practice Group. Mr. Price regularly represents investor owned, cooperatively owned, or municipally owned utilities, as well as industrial or wholesale customers before the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission, the Indiana Department of Environmental Management, trial and appellate courts. Mr. Price also advises organizing groups on the creation of new operating entities interested in providing utility services in Indiana. Before joining Bose McKinney & Evans, Mr. Price served as Indiana's Utility Consumer Counselor (1981-1985) and as a Deputy Attorney General (1977-1981).

Mr. Price is a frequent speaker before numerous associations on issues of utility management and state agency regulation. From 1982 to 1992 he was a visiting lecturer on utility regulation at the University of Louisville School of Law. Topics have included revenue requirements, cost of service, territorial disputes, project financing, corporate and municipal powers and deregulation.
