Pascal Di Fronzo is senior vice president general counsel and secretary of Autodesk Inc. In this role he oversees legal and corporate affairs of the company. He joined Autodesk in 1998 and has held various positions involving business and legal matters during his tenure at the company.
Prior to joining Autodesk Di Fronzo advised high technology and emerging growth companies on business and intellectual property transactions and litigation while in private practice with the Palo Alto CA law firm of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati as well with the Irvine CA office of Washington D.C. based Ross Dixon & Masback.
Di Fronzo serves on the board of directors of the Business Software Alliance (BSA) and has published and lectured on a variety of corporate and intellectual property law topics. He is a member of the California State Bar and received a Juris Doctor degree from the University of California Hastings College of the Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from UCLA. |
