Pascal Goachet is senior vice president Global Human Resources and Organization and a member of the Strategy Board for Federal-Mogul Corporation.
Previously he was director human resources organization Europe Asia and South America.
Prior to joining Federal-Mogul in 2005 Goachet was a staff member of the French Ministry of Labor; vice president corporate human resources NEC Computers International a subsidiary of NEC Japan; and divisional director human resources Group Lafarge Special Materials Division. In addition he has held various human resources leadership positions at Air France Group Valeo Transmissions and Matra Group. Previously he was a cabinet member of the French Ministry of Justice.
Goachet earned a master�s degree in political science from the National Foundation of Political Sciences in Paris and a law degree from Brest University in Brest France. Additionally he was inducted into the French Legion of Honor in 2004. |
